Duchy of Upper HollywoodFounded on November 5th, 2020 by proclamation of Duke Ari the First, the Duchy of Upper Hollywood governs the territory previously known as North Hollywood, as well as the city of Burbank. The formation of the Duchy was sparked by the disarray of the 59th Presidential Election of the United States of America and the chaos that ensued. The dukedom provides the citizenry of Upper Hollywood and Burbank with honest communication and consistent leadership that elected officials, by virtue of their need to remain electable, are unable to provide. SizeThe Duchy covers 23 square miles, populated by 175,000 citizens. Leadership
