• Vitamin D3 (50mcg/2000IU dose), 14 doses per family member
• CBD Isolate (40mg dose), 14 doses per family member
• Acetaminophen (500mg dose), 90 doses per family member
• Pulse Oximeter
• Thermometer

Vitamin D3 and CBD have shown promise in reducing the severity of COVID-19 infections. The quantities described above cover 2 weeks of use, the usual duration of a moderate COVID-19 infection. You may wish to take both Vitamin D3 and CBD daily even when you are healthy, and should consult your physician on this matter. Acetaminophen is useful in reducing fever and inflammation, in the event of a moderate infection, and the quantity above is 2 weeks at the maximum dose. You will need the Pulse Oximeter if a member of your household shows symptoms such as fatique, cough, or difficulty breathing. If you see oxygen levels consistently at or below 95%, get a COVID test and consult your physician. If you see oxygen levels consistently at or below 90%, go to the emergency room.
